Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Sex Offender Registry

The purpose of this site is to provide information to members, visitors, guests, employees and public of the Ft. McDowell Yavapai Nation the location of sex offenders within the Ft. McDowell Yavapai Nation (Nation). On April 19, 2011, the Nation passed the Tribal Sex Offender Registration Code, which was effective immediately. As part of the passage of Tribal Sex Offender Registration Code(Resolution No. Ft. McDowell 2011-18) and in compliance with Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act that was passed by Congress, this website was established. This site is not intended to supplant the community notification process but to allow for public awareness concerning the potential threat that sex offenders pose to the public within this Nation.

The convicted sex offenders must register with the Fort McDowell Police Department that he/she will be living at the location below. This notification is not intended to increase fear but rather to inform and educate the public. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass offenders, or commit any criminal violation against offenders might result in criminal charges.
